Please remember that orders take between 2 to 6 weeks.

Local Orders & Pickups:

  • Shipping on all domestic unmatted prints (up to 10) rolled in a shipping tube, regardless of quantity, is $10.00 per order. The shipping table may calculate a higher shipping fee but we will charge the correct (lower) amount.
  • Nene Thomas Illustrations, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order at any time at its sole discretion.
  • UNFRAMED matted prints or flat shipping of unmatted prints is not available for domestic shipping at this time.

Canadian Orders:

  • Nene Thomas Illustrations, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Due to the number of packages that have been lost or destroyed, we now require customers who want their packages shipped to contact us and get an “okay” before we will accept your order. This only applies to international shipping.
  • UNFRAMED matted prints or flat shipping of unmatted prints is not available for International shipping at this time.
  • We have recently changed our International shipping to USPS Express International. That means you get it in 3 to 5 business days but it can be quite expensive. Due to the large size of our matted and framed prints average International shipping is $100.00 to $125.00 or more.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped USPS  or UPS from Nene Thomas Studios located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Bookmarks, Mini Lithographs, unmatted prints will generally be shipped within 2 (two) weeks. Framed prints will generally take between 2 to 4 weeks. Merchandise such as stickers, statues and ornaments are not always carried in stock and may take longer to order.

At this time we have suspended shipping of all single matted prints and all flat shipping of unmatted prints. From this time forth all unmatted prints will be available rolled in a heavy duty art shipping tube.

During our busy traveling show season (mid April through mid October) orders may take up to 6 (six) weeks to ship. Please call call us at (405) 528-6363 or email us at Hatsumomo1@aol.com to get an estimated delivery date during that time.

Damaged Prints and Merchandise

Any problems with shipping be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately. Call us at (405) 528-6363 or email us at Hatsumomo1@aol.com.

Credit card information is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and not stored where it can be accessed via the Internet.
